Surfgraupel
Hi, I run my HX Stomp as an Interface with Ableton Live and the Tempo is synchronized to extern. When I change the Tempo in Ableton it also changes in the HX Stomp, but not perfectly. I build myself an endless delay, wich I can hold. And after a while it gets out of sync. This does not happen, when I dont sync with extern but put on the correct tempo manually in HX Edit, this way it stays in sync. But I´d like to not change the bpm by hand in every new song. Kind Regards, Philipp
michelle653b
Hi Philipp, It sounds like you're experiencing some synchronization issues between your HX Stomp and Ableton Live when using external tempo sync. This can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to maintain a consistent tempo for your endless delay. One potential solution is to ensure that Ableton Live is sending MIDI Clock to the HX Stomp. You can do this by going to the Transport menu in Ableton Live, navigating to Project Synchronization, and selecting MIDI Clock as the destination. In HX Edit, make sure the tempo sync is set to "external" so that it follows Ableton's tempo. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you might want to check your MIDI settings in both Ableton Live and HX Stomp to ensure they are correctly configured for synchronization. I hope this helps! Surfgraupel
Hey Michelle, thanks for your response. I assume, that you mean with the transport section, the Link/MIDI Menu. In the Output I have HX Stomp Synch On. It also changes Tempo, but nut quite exactly, as I put in manually. When I start Ableton, HX Edit shows EXT. I also tried to change options in the HX Stomp itself. Unfortunately without success.
