USB Audio Interface Verbindung mit POD HD500 unter WIN11

Hallo. Ich weiß nicht, wie ich meinen POD HD500 als USB Audio Interface mit dem Laptop verbinden kann. Ich wollte eine Verbindung zu Magix Samplitude herstellen. Das hat mit den in Samplitude vorhandenen Treibern, Magix Low Latency, Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver, WDM und MME nicht funktioniert. Es wurde lediglich das interne Mikrofon des Laptops aktiviert, über das eine Aufnahme in Samplitude ermöglicht wurde. Es war nicht möglich, die E-Gitarre mit dem Programm zu verbinden, um eine Aufnahme zu tätigen. Bei Verwendung des ASIO POD HD500 Treibers hat das dann geklappt, aber nur kurz und das System stürzte ab. Es kam immer nur zu weiteren Abstürzen, die durch diesen Treiber verursacht wurden. Der Support von Magix war keine Hilfe, um das Problem zu lösen.

Dann habe ich versucht, eine Verbindung mit Cubase 14 herzustellen und bin auf die gleichen Probleme gestoßen wie bei Magix Samplitude. Und bei Verwendung des ASIO POD HD500 Treibers kam es auch bei Cubase nur zu Abstürzen.  Mit dem Support von Steinberg konnte das Problem auch nicht behoben werden und ich sollte mich mit diesem Problem an Line6 wenden.

Der Support von Line6 war bei diesem Problem leider auch nicht hilfreich und das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden.

Ich habe in irgendeinem Forum von jemandem gelesen, der seinen POD HD500 als Audio Interface unter WIN10 problemlos nutzen konnte. Also sollte das doch auch mit WIN11 funktionieren. Aber wie?????

Wer kann mir dabei behilflich sein, den POD HD500 als Audio Interface mit dem Laptop (Samplitude Music Studio) einzurichten?

In order to use the POD as an audio interface, the program you use to record must offer the option to choose the Line6 asio driver (other generic asio drivers such as asio4all are not recommended and may conflict with the native driver).

The actual and complete installation of the Line6 driver may be hindered by the OS's protection and security system, and it is often necessary to resort to the workaround described in the following linked post: --> Windows 10/11 Memory Integrity/Core Isolation Disables Driver Installation

 

If even after the actual and complete installation of the Line6 driver, system freezes should occur, keep the following in mind:
It is often recommended to lower as much as you can the buffer value via the driver settings in order to obtain the lowest possible latency in live monitoring, but doing this makes the computer work harder and older ones may not be able to cope with the lower buffer settings.

But if you don't plan to use any plugins on your computer (like IR loaders or DAW effects) during live monitoring it is absolutely useless and counterproductive to set very low buffer values and stress your computer unnecessarily, just disable live monitoring in your DAW and use instead direct hardware monitoring which is practically zero latency and costs nothing in terms of computer hardware resources.

 

Also, connect the POD only to USB 2.0.. avoid the blue ones (USB 3.0)
