dalf83
Hi everyone — I’ve built a custom GPT tool called ToneSmith, designed to help HX Stomp users craft presets based on their specific guitar/pickup setup, tone goals, and even LUFS calibration. It’s built with ADHD-friendliness and structured workflows in mind — one decision at a time, with snapshot logic, IR selection, and tone-matching based on real gear. I’d love your feedback, especially from fellow Helix nerds. johnsta
The only cricism is it kept stringing me along saying it would produce an .hxl or .hxb preset file then decided it wasnt allowed to do that at the last minute which took me several days to find out as I dont have anything but the free gpt. However I got the block logic and snapshot settings out of it and learnt a few things about helix native along the way which was enough to construct a few pedal emulations.
