Knotix
When using FS 3/4 to move between presets while in FX mode, the LED ring does not show the correct color or position based on which preset is selected. When switching between presets 1-7, the indicator shows the correct position, but in red. It should be white since that's the color used for presets 1-7 when in preset mode (not FX mode). Additionally, the LED ring doesn't update at all for presets 8-21. It gets stuck in the position of the last preset and the color remains red. So, if I move up from preset 7 -> 8, the LED stays red in position 7. If I move down from preset 1 -> 21, it stays red in position 1.
jay_not_jay
If the LED ring is showing red I assume that means you are in FX / edit mode. The red LED is meant to tell you which amp model you are using, not which preset you have loaded. I've just noticed that your post is a couple of months old and you've probably solved this issue, but posting anyway in case anyone else has a similar problem. Knotix
It's definitely buggy behavior. When I have it connected to Express Edit on my computer, I can see the preset changing as I press FS3/4. It's as though the LED stops updating once you're outside of the first bank (1-7). If you press switches enough times to make it back to presets 1-7, the LED starts moving again. I can maybe record a video if it would be worth it. I'm also going to copy this topic into the regular POD Go forum, because I think this POD Express forum is deprecated. It's difficult to find, and not listed with the rest of the products here: https://line6.com/support/forum/17-multi-effects-units/
jay_not_jay
If the LEDs around the central knob are red then you are not in the mode that displays presets, you are in the mode that displays amp models. Press the ON and TAP footswitches at the same time to enter preset mode. The LED around the central knob should change colour. Now when you change preset you should see the lit LED always changes.
