fody80
Hi everyone. I'm having a problem with my Mac. When I listen to music, either for recording or practicing, the audio comes out crackly, scratch!I use a Helix Stadium like audio interface with cable. I usually use YouTube, but Spotify also gives me the same problem. Even with Logic Pro, nothing changes. How can I fix it? with bluetooth everything works perfect. Everything is update. Thanks. Wah-bisca
Hey, Fody80! Could you tell us a little more about your setup? The quality/speed of your USB-C cable might be the issue. I am not experiencing any playback issues (Logic, Youtube on Chrome Browser, and Spotify app) on my Mac mini, or macbook pro with the USB-C cable that comes standard with the macbook pro for charging. I believe it is USB 2 (2 meters). Are you running at 48kHz?
cfile
I am having the same issue. I am using the USB-C cord that came with my Macbook Pro. Helix stadium is up to date. I get a recording signal in Logic Pro, but when I play back it is crackly, horrible sounding. Similar to what fody80 described. Any suggestion is appreciated. Cheers!
