gitarrist8 Posted January 3 Share Posted January 3 Hi all, after watching so many videos on youtube about the Helix and the Agoura models I am really clueless of how to dial in a patch which convinces me that I can switch from Kemper to the Stadium. I must admit that I own the Kemper for 10 years now and I am quite experienced how to make it sound like a real amp. today I tried to dial in a sound based on the Plexi Agoura model. Up to now I am still not satisfied. I tried the stock cabinets, some Celestion IRs and also some TH-U IRs which I imported to the Stadium. I am looking for some nice breakup tone, full of clarity but without the harshness. So I tried to tame the harshness by setting the high cut in the cab down to 4 to 5 KHz but that didn’t do the trick. I mean, it is ok for a lead tone but the breakup sound is then not sparkling enough.. maybe someone can post a patch so I can learn the important tweaking parameters..
