moupaxolu
On my Helix LT, never had this issue... connected via USB, saw the LT as a recording device and was able to get my guitar sound from it. Now with Stadium (also connected via USB), I can see an input device named "Digital Audio Interface (Line6 Helix Stadium XL)" that is enabled. No sound comes from it. I tested different "format" settings with no luck. Tried recording using OBS, Audacity and Cakewalk. Tried the "Microphone test" and the "listen this device" options as well. No sound at all. The routing in the Stadium is correct. My presets are sending sound to Matrix and I do have USB1/2 mapped to "Matrix 1/4'" in global settings. I see the signal just fine in the Helix mixer and I can hear it fine in my earphone. Downloaded and installed latest driver. Not sure what else am I missing... Any suggestions?
ReverendLove
We need more information of your audio configuration. As the Helix isn't your standard device what is your standatd output device? Which application do you use recording? How this is set up? moupaxolu
My headset mic is set as default and I mentioned the software I'm using. Audacity mainly, but tried others. For comparison, If I just plug in my Helix LT, All works as expected... I can record just fine. If I do exactly same steps, but with the Stadium now connected, no sound comes through.
ReverendLove
Make a screenshot of your settings in Audacity and share 'm here. They are in "Edit"->"Settings" and look similar to these
