Impossible to import the IR into the library of the Stadium XL / Librarian operation failed. (error code -5)

Hello. I use the Stadium XL V1.2.1 and I can’t import the IRs in WAV format into the library of the Helix Stadium application, whether it’s through a dropped drag or by importing one or more files. All my IR files open without problem in the windows media player for example and make a sound. Here is the error message that appears in the app: Librarian operation failed. (error code -5). Can you please help me unblock the situation?

There are specific requirements for Cab IR Import and Export. See the manual here: https://manuals.line6.com/en/helix-stadium/live/cab-blocks#cab-irs

 

While it appears to accept any 10214 or 2048 .wav file, it may be best to be sure to export the IR file from HX Edit prior to Importing into Stadium. If you do not have HX Edit, then I would suggest filing a bug report with Line 6.
