stomp switch to toggle two blocks and bypass...

I want to have my two delay blocks bypass state toggled by the same foot switch initial press, so the active one bypasses and the inactive one toggles to active from that single press.

Then also be able to bypass either active block with a long press or double tap of that switch. Is that possible?

 

I currently have the two blocks toggling bypass state by one stomp switch but have no way to bypass the active one if I want no active delay.
