Wah position get stuck when changing snapshot for another with thew same Wah config..

I have a preset that uses a Wha in the block line. If I'm in a snapshot, then engage the wah, play with it, then change my snapshot for another the Wah get stuck at the position the pedal was when I changed the snapshot (?) If I go back to my preceding snapshot the Wah resume workin from where it was before the snapshot change.. What could I do to keep the Wah 'sweling' movement alive when changing snapshots ? The Wah Snapshots Set Bypass switch parameter is at OFF position.

 

On all my snapshots the saved setting is:
Volume pedal ON (showing on right controler BLUE LED)
Then when activeted the Wah is showing on
left controler RED LED.
So what happens is that when I engage the Wah
the left controler RED LED lits up.
But when I change snapshots, because they are all
programed idle with Volume pedal ON (showing on right controler BLUE LED)
it changes to this VOL setup --> but with the Wah last position sound !
Pushing the Wah pedal to change to left RED light
it then goes to Vol sound but stuck itself too to a Vol position !
Hmmm..
There are no ext pedal controler connected.
Only the internal Vol/Wah standard switching used.
