Hello everyone,

It's now 3 weeks i am trying to repair my helix lt. Not having high skills in electronics unfortunately, but desire to learn.

Guitar in is faulty. No sound at all. Need to play with guitar plugged into Return 1 or 2 and it works fine.

Opened the device, test with multimeter, here what i have

TP_GRND to TP_12V : 11,80V

TP_GRND to TP_-12V : -11,75V

TP_GRND to TP_12VGuitar : -11,75V

TP_GRND to TP_+12VGuitar : -1,8V

Helix is reset

All works fine when guitar is plugged on return 1 or 2

With research, i have some ideas : OPA failure, CMS, diode... but i can not unsolder all component one by one. So i am looking for help to test and try to isolate the wrong item.

IA sound a bit faulty, as it advise me to try to test things with the multimeters but i turn in circle and it always tell me one thing and few time later the opposite.

Thanks for any help
