Rick_Auricchio
Something is strange with all the fonts, at least on a Mac computer. Everything displays perfectly when I view the manual (using the Preview program), but whenever I try to copy/paste from the user guide I get lots of little block-characters. Bold text seems to copy/paste correctly; but regular text does not. Is it possible you've used some font that isn't available in the Mac? Don't do that! I've had to retype excerpts from the guide when answering questions on the forum.
dboomer
Hi Rick I'm on a Mac 10.9.5 and not having any problems using either Preview nor Adobe Reader?? I see you're in Cambria. Wish I was there right now having lunch at Robin's :)
Rick_Auricchio
Same system for me. If I copy any text and paste it anywhere else, all fonts (except the bolded words) come out as little squares. I suspect it may be an oddball font that isn't included with the MacOS or with MS Office 2011 for Mac. Here's a copy/past from page 1-1, first paragraph. Same happens anywhere else. dboomer
Can you send a link to the specific instance of the doc that causes you problems?
Rick_Auricchio
It was the advanced guide on the StageScape "resources" page. But guess what? I downloaded it again and it's perfect. Strange. I've never seen that kind of behavior before. Sorry for the false alarm, Don!
