Hello all. Due to the high winds and massive wildfires near our office, Line 6 Service and Support is operating semi-remotely at limited capacity.

 

Although we are keeping normal Customer Support phone hours, we encourage you to view our Knowledge Base and Videos, and engage with the Forum community with any questions. Otherwise, you can log a ticket at www.Line6.com/support/tickets.

 

The main office, including our repair depot, is without power. We anticipate a backlog of repairs and extended turnaround times once our techs return to work. We will try to get to everyone as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
