Same issue, I purchased a copy of Native but it some how authorized it as a Trial Version. Clicking the Helix Logo doesn't resolve it. I tried deauthorizing and reauthorizing but it still shows the Trial Version. I can see both a trial version and purchased version are now registered in my Line 6 account. -
I put on a rosewood mighty mite neck on my JTV69 and it's worked out very well.

I'm curious about this as well, I have a Redplate Blackverb that uses a 5 pin din cable( MIDI) in a similar fashion. I would need 3 amp switches to recreate what the pedal does.
