I am using the HX One in Insert mode, and all signal paths work just fine except for tuner. I don't think I'll ever have a need to use that tuner, but I can confirm it isn't working for me either. Also had an issue with Midi Thru not working, but that would be another issue. I swapped things around to make it the last in my chain until it gets fixed.
