Are there any updates on this issue? I'm having the very same problem and it's very random.

The trick was pushing in the knob first some the model choice was in [brackets]. Example [spank5]. My next question: Is there any way the actual Shuriken model/preset names can show correctly on Helix? All I see is the stock names when switching through models/presets on the Helix. Thanks

I have my Shuriken paired with my Helix with a VDI cable. I'm able to change to different variax models by switching to different presets on the Helix but I can't figure out how to change variax models by switching to different snapshots within a preset. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
