  2. Hey guys, My studio ux2 stopped working after the purchase. I realised it was setup to an old inactive email so i went to return the product by de authorizing everything like it said, but no luck. After deuthorizing and unregistering the ux2 still it wouldnt let me return the metal shop purchase. All i wanted to do was return it a re buy the product on the new email... If anyone can help would be great! Thanks! :)
