  1. Its the version 3 update. If you google podxt live update 3 it should be first in the results.
  2. ive got it sorted, the new amps are at the bottom. i was looking for the Marshalls where the other Marshalls are so i couldnt find them. now i have. thanks for your help Daveny5
  3. thanks for the response, i ran monkey and the License Manager but not sure what it showed me, ill run it again and report back. thanks
  4. Has anyone else had this issues? After updating my PodXT Live to update 3 the free amps are not there. I know you need the Bass expansion pack but not even the free guitar amps show up. Surely they dont activate only after you buy the Bass expansion pack? thanks
  5. Hopefully someone can answer this question. Im thinking of buying a looper pedal to use with my Pod XT Live. I understand that if connecting the Pod to an amp with the Looper in the middle then it works fine. I wont be using an amp, ill be using headphones so how would i connect the looper? Thanks
  6. Does anyone know if the record volume can be turned up on the POD XT Live? When recording in a DAW (doesnt matter which one, same problem) the waveform is really small but the recorded audio is fine.
  7. Getting complicated now! Ill have to check out some youtube vids on re amping. Does that mean that the 'tweaked' sound then is saved in the recording? Ill change the output to t he pod then see if monitoring works as it should. Thanks
  8. I got it working! The issue was that i was monitoring from my laptop, when i plugged the headphones in the pod i could hear the recording and the click track. Why do i still get my guitar coming through when the DAW has exited? And it makes no difference if i have Monitor on or off in my DAW, i can still hear my guitar? Maybe in the control panel i need to set Playback to the Pod? Also whats the point of sending a clean signal to the DAW? To get the sound i want i would then have to use VST's id rather the effects from the pod.
  9. Even if i did that, it still wont record. Ive tried recording but nothing records. Ive changed the input and output in Windows to Podxt live but still nothing.
  10. Hi i cant seem to get any sound when trying to record via USB. I have installed the latest drivers, i connect the Podxt to the PC via USB then start Studio One. In Studio One i select Podxt Live from the Audio options then try it and i get no sound. Im monitoring with headphones plugged into the PC. if i try recording then no audio is recorded. Is anyone using the Podxt live with Studio One? How have you set it up? Any help is appreciated.
