I have an HX Effects and I know this is probably a bit late but better than never. My EHX expression pedal was just the other day only going to about 98% in the to position the other day. I was able to fix this by powering off my HX, putting the pedal in the full toe position, I then powered the HX back on and it was calibrated properly and now going 100% full toe position.

I just gave the free IR a go on my helix. Its a really nice IR so even balanced across the frequency spectrum. I think I'll wait to see what else you bring out though before making a purchase.
