Help - EQ knob on Spider IV not responding

Thanks Mike, good tip. Factory reset did not work, but I'm glad i tried first anyway. I believe I just ordered the correct pots to replace. I'm sure if I knew more about electronics, I could test and validate this is the issue, but they are cheap parts, so it's no burden. Will try and remember to update if I find the solution, in case anyone else has the same problem. -
The mid knob does not work on my amp. If I connect to the Editor on my computer, I can adjust mid EQ settings, so it's a hardware issue, not software. Has anyone dealt with this before? I was going to see if there was a bad solder connection from the pot to the board. I guess I could try replacing the pot as well. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and has any advice.

Hey I know this is an older thread, but it was the first search result when I ran into the same problem with my shortboard. I sifted through various other threads and made a little how-to guide (I had to do it myself, so why not).
