I cannot access the lower right corner of the Helix Native window in pro tools in order to try to resize the window. The bottom of the window is below my viewable screen, and I can only raise it so far -- not enough to see the bottom of the window. How can I resize the window?

I called about this same topic. The spoke to me like I was insulting them with the question, as though it was rude to pay for Podfarm 2.5 for the purpose of having it work with PT and then expect it to work with newer versions of PT. Customer-first attitude, not so much.
