does this really fit Helix because it is a fair bit wider than 11 inches?? If so, can you post pics of Helix in the Gator bag?

L6 really need to spend some time fixing these frustration flaky USB issues.... especially when previous L6 products continue to work without issues on the same usb ports.

Had lots of issues with this too. The updater 1.07 in its present form is very flakey.

I got an email form L6 saying "New Tip: Dial in Amazing Acoustic Tones Your James Tyler Variax includes five pristine acoustics. In this new tutorial, Line 6’s Sean Halley examines all the factors involved in getting the perfect acoustic sound—from string size and strumming considerations to setting up the right POD HD patch" Where is it?? No link in the email that I can see. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
