  1. No, you don't need to mod your Shiva. The position of the effects loops in a Duende is different than most amps, stock. I had them changed back to normal serial loops. So you'll be fine. Enjoy!
  2. If you went to the Sweetwater page you would have seen this, but I haven't had a chance yet to put it into a full vid, so it's not a fully public video yet. Some of the text model descriptions are incorrect as I was doing them at 4 am and was decidedly delirious (:-), but hopefully this will give some insight into the level of authenticity of the guitars. It's been long enough since I've had to do pinch harmonics that I had to sit and remember how to :-) There will be a full-length video with these as the examples in a few weeks.
  3. Quick question to you folks - on the Strat and other models that some of you feel have been "compromised" versus the previous versions, how are you listening to them? Are you pulling up patches that you had used previously with the old models and listening to the result, or are you just plugging into an amp of some type and having a play? The responses are expectedly all over the map - I understand that - but some of them have me wondering how we're all listening to these new guitars. They are all different enough that you will absolutely have to completely recraft your sounds. The hope is that you'll be happier at the end. Let me know. S..
