Welcome, I have use the FH strictly as a pedalboard with nice results. While not true bypass, it certainly does the job and lets you set up a few different pedalboards to suit what ever song you're playing if you need a variety of effects. I've also had an M13 which is great also, you just don't have the luxury of using it direct and you'd have to add an expression pedal. Good luck. Steve
