    Using win 10 went to update now the am[lifi is a brick. 4 lights light up but it is dead.

    i HAVE SAME PROBLEM. LINE 6 WANTS ME TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE WHICH SEEMS TO BE A DEFECT. I HAVE SEEN THE PROBLEM WITH OTHER UNITS SO IT IS A FLAW IN THE UNIT. 4 LIGHTS ON AND WILL NOT DO A FACTORY RESET. It is a brick!!!!!
