The update process was interrupted while updating the firmware. Helix now has no firmware, writes: Boot Failure, Entered Update Mode! HX edit has no connection to Helix. What to do?

Relay g70 cannot see transmitter anymore

I am using a G70 guitar, the transmitter and receiver have suddenly stopped communicating. Channel settings don't help. Is there a way to fix the FW, or ???
