Just bought the G50. First show had major dropouts, had to pull it 5 songs in. After reading here, I was in RF2 mode, and I have switched it to RF1. Hope this helps but, I have also read about being too close to the unit. I have it plugged into a GT10 on the floor in front of me so I am pretty much right next to the unit all night. My question.... Should I run it to my GT with a longer cable and keep the transmitter further away from me? Will the longer cable to connect it to my GT have any detrimental effect on anything? Really dont want to return it and dont want to go back to the Airline :)
