doesn't matter which preset is active at startup so far. I usually turn on the device by flipping the switch on the multi-socket power strip. However, there are very good power strips at home and in the rehearsal room, and it happens in both places.

Hello, I keep running into a problem where, every now and then, the footswitches and their corresponding labels don’t load when I start up the board. Question: Is this a software issue or a hardware issue? The board is less than 8 months old, has always been kept in its case, has been carefully maintained, and has only been used at home and during occasional rehearsals so far. I never had problems like this with the Helix Floor XL. To be honest, for this hefty price tag, I actually expect something more reliable. This is starting to make me seriously doubt Line 6.
