  1. Hi all, I'm having issues recording with my HD500, whatever I play is coming out at a lower pitch and with some mild crackling in the background. I've just done a fresh install of windows etc. so driver conflicts shouldn't be an issue, it's something to do with the POD. I get the issue in Audacity and Reaper and have never had it happen before in the 3-4 years I've owned the device. I'm connected via USB. Anyone got any suggestions? I really want to get to recording again but can't.
  2. Hi all, I've had this really annoying problem with my HD500 for a while now but I've managed to work around it, now it's just getting irritating. Basically if I switch from 'User 1' set list to any other set list and then go back to it, 'User 1' will be reset to default 'New Tones' with all of my custom tones gone, I then have to load up HD Edit and re-instate using my backed up bundle. Also if I go into the pre made set lists, tweak one of the tones there and try to save it to any of the User set lists, the tone I saved is there but everything else gets wiped. Anyone had this before?
  3. I did make a support ticket asking if drivers were being worked on but I can't see any replies anywhere, does anyone know where they appear?
  4. Well I have a soundcard in the PC that is disabled in the bios, as far as I can remember though it won't record what comes from my HD500.
  5. Thanks for the suggestion Duncan, the sound quality change did not have an effect unfortunately. It's a shame that I might have to roll back to 7 as I enjoy 10 a lot... hopefully the guys at Line 6 will come up with some drivers soon so I will hold on for now.
  6. Hey all, recently upgraded to Windows 10 and have noticed that my PC does not receive the sound from my HD500 any more. It sends it, I've used it as my sound card for a long time now but when I hit the strings with the Recording settings window open the bars do not light up to show a signal and when I record via Reaper it just records what ever the PC is playing back. I have the POD selected as the input and the output just the same as before, setting the pod as default recording/communication device does nothing. Any suggestions? All my drivers are up to date via Line6 Monkey and literally nothing (visible) has changed in my sound settings. Cheers!
