Brand new HX floor user today. First thing I am trying is to update firmware and getting this error. Not a great 1st time experience. I've tried several browser logins on my Macbook and nothing fixes it. The browsers give a certificate warning about line6.com so my guess is their SSL certificate is out of date or untrusted. Someone from Line6 tech team need to address this urgently.
