Playing in a worship group to a room of about 250. Only playing patches and snapshots. Set up has been Pod Go with Headrush 108 monitor, out to DI box, into to PA/Mixing board. Worked pretty well. Now they want us to use Xvive wireless IEMs. They sound horrible, like listening through an old transistor radio. No tone, no presence, just a barrage of irritating noise. Tried adjusting guitar volume and tone, wireless volume, PG master volume, mix, nothing seems to help. Wondering if the cabling setup is wrong. Guitar cable out to guitar, Mono left out to DI box with balanced TRS, DI box out to PA/mixing board using XLR. Wireless unit out of another XLR from mixing board for IEM monitoring. I can hear other instruments/vocals in the mix but my guitar sounds terrible through the in ears. Sounds decent out the PA to the house but I can't tell what I'm playing half the time. If anyone could help that would be great. Maybe global settings adjustment?

Okay, I did that and I'm able to scroll through the snapshots of each preset using the UP and DOWN arrows. But previously, when I selected a preset, I was able to see ALL the snapshots for that preset on the screen at once and select which one I wanted using the A, B, C, and D switches. Now I can't do that. I have to use the up and down buttons to select each snapshot. Now, this is not a deal breaker. I can adjust. But the thing is this: Say I'm on snapshot 1 and I want to switch to snapshot 3 mid-song. Previously all I had to do was select the switch for snapshot 3, whatever it was (A, B, C, D) and bam I'm right there. Now I have to "scroll" through snapshot 2 to get to snapshot 3 using the up and down arrows, which isn't optimal. Make sense? Also, the snapshots are now coming up with a letter "E" next to their name, which is new. Not sure what that's all about.

MasterJoDa, I'm having the same issue after the update. Support hasn't been helpful. Can you tell me what you did to get the snapshots working the right way again?

Hey everyone--having fun with my Firehawk FX, but was wondering if anyone had been able to use any of Glenn Delaune's patches on their unit? I see he lists patches for the Helix and the Pod HD line, but there's no mention of Firehawk anywhere. Would love to add some of his stuff to my Firehawk FX if I could. Thanks!

Thanks for your input. I actually just pulled the trigger on a Kustom PA50. There was somebody else in here using it for the Firehawk with great results. Under $100 and should get me what I need.

Just ordered a Firehawk today. Totally stoked, but now I need something to play it through for bedroom use... I saw where several of you have had good experiences with the Roland CM 30. But my son has a Roland Cube 20XL modeler that I can easily "borrow". If I set it to the clean channel with no effects, would it sound as good as the CM 30? Or am I better off going with a FRFR PA or monitor? Not gigging--just playing along with my favorites at home and doing a lot of tone matching. So trying to stay on the cheap.
