I've been using my UX1 since eight years without problems. But since a few days I have had problems recording with the device. The sound playback works wonderfully. The instruments sound quite normal through my headphones. Only when I want to record with the UX1 there is nothing but noise. The deflection of the signal of the recording is at 100%. Just digital noise, no signal from any instrument. The drivers are all up to date. Sometimes it works to record with Audacity. But once I switch to MAGIX Samplitude or Reaper, nothing works. My notebook (HP Probook 450 G4) has USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 inputs. Here, too, it makes no difference where I connect the UX1.
Does any of you have an idea?
