    Yes, I have solved the problem in Windows 8.1 via the compatible mode for License Manager. I set this one on Win 7 up and additionally the admin mode too. And then - works! It detects the UX2 now.

    I've got the same Problem with my UX2 on my new PC with Windows 8.1. The License Manager doesn't detect the UX2.
