Hello! I've got this KB37 that used to work just fine, my processor died on me so I had to upgrade it, after the upgrade, haven't been able to make it work. I tried reinstalling drivers and the licensing, it just won't recognize it so I can't do any firmware updates. When I plug it in it sounds as something connected, but it never recognizes the keyboard. Any suggestions on what to try? I'm using Windows 7.
