EVERYTHING COMES ON, I CAN SWITCH THROUGH ALL MY PRESETS....IT JUST HAS A CONSTANT OSCILLATING NOISE COMING THROUGH IT. NOT SURE WHY. ANYBODY HAVE ANY THOUGHT OTHER THAN MAYBE A BAD POWER SUPPLY?

Hello all.......I havet a Line 6 Flextone III XL with the FBV Shortboard and a X3 Live and I was hooking everything up for the 4 Cable method so I could stack delays and but when I turned the FX loop on for the Flextone per the FBV it would mute, so I tried just running the effects loop thru the X3 Live using just the 2 cable method and it is still doing the same thing.....has anyone run into this problem with their setups. I went in and turned the send and returns up to around 14 with my mix all the way and the loop has been turned on. Any suggestions?
