how can i record dry and wet tone simutaneously wth my hd 500?i was possible with line 6 x3 live.

i was using the looper..not sure wat happened..i was checking the pre/post option..suddenly realized that when after recording the loop and playing it ,i try to change the tone,the tone of the recorded loop also changes.nw i found that the looper is present in every signal chain at the very begining..how to undo this thing????
