Thanks for clarifying. I just opened a ticket related to this because in addition to the variance, the volume knob for both channels does not do anything. The only volume that works is the master. Is that normal?

When I use the amp (dt25) with direct guitar input (no POD) and switch the amp models manually between I II III IV I get significant volume variation. II and IV are loud. I and III are very quiet. Is this normal behavior or is there something I can do to even out the variations?
