  1. Oh no so sorry to hear that, it is a massive shame as the amp is great! Mine has been dead for a while so I've been using an old TSL 60 which is still going strong, Thank you so much for the link that is appreciated, sounds like I should stock up!! Thanks, Luke
  2. This is a nightmare, I am not an electrical engineer but I do wonder if it would be possible to repair or refurbish the existing transformer rather than replace? I don't know my knowledge in this area is zero. I own a DT50 and the Transformer has gone for the 2nd time. It was repaired by line 6 and worked for a couple of weeks before going again after coughing up out of my own pocket. I speculate this is a huge reason we don't see this amp in production anymore. Shame because the amp is incredible when working.
  3. I would also check that you do not have the input pad engaged as that will make a difference too. Check your using the full model, that could also increase the available distortion. Let us know if you sus it. Also if you have the time post a clip!
  4. I too thought this was very misleading, Line 6 messed up there, they should have realised when they sent they email out who actually had the HD-x series. I paid for the updates, struggled like hell to try and suss why I couldn't get it to download and this is the issue.
