  1. I tried "copy all commands" and "paste all commands" to a different snapshot, and my Helix went black, restarting it put it back to normal, but i've done this 3 times now and every time, the Helix screen goes black. I'm going to have to manually change all of the midi commands now. I'm on firmware version 2.82
  2. Wow, i've been having the same issue with my G50 relay, same thing, started about a year ago. Everything was running perfectly and then BAM...middle of a gig I get interference. Like crazy interference. And my receiver was literally 5 feet from the transmitter. Granted I run a pretty complex setup for a solo guy, but it's weird that just out of the blue it started acting up. I run probably a more compact version of what you are using, i have a rolling rack with a X32 rack, Sennheiser IEM, EV RE-2, and I never really put the Relay in the rack. I used to keep it under the keyboard but I ended up mounting it on top of the keyboard stand to help get rid or interference. Running an Apple Airport Express which I kept in the rack. Initially I was able to turn off the 2.4 Ghz network on that thing, but for whatever reason stupid Apple took that feature away. I do have the channels separated though and only connect to the 5 Ghz network. So by moving my Relay from under my keyboard to mounting it on top, and only connecting to the 5Ghz network I solved most of my issues. However, I have had some really rare dropouts still. There was one venue, a high end Sheraton downtown, where it was just awful. I even moved the router 15 feet away from my rig to help reduce interference. My mic and IEM worked perfectly. My G50 was God awful. I'm just really bummed that such a prestigious unit as the G50 has become the bane of my wireless existence. One of my buddies is a sound guy and he said he experienced the same thing (he runs a full X32 board)...only with Line 6 wireless stuff, but solved it by only running a 5Ghz network. The final step was to get rid of the router all together. I've found a way to get midi running from my iPad to my laptop with just a lighting cable, and connecting the laptop to the X32 with an ethernet cable for mixing. Although for the band I play in I have to run a wireless network because i'm running sound for the stringed section (IEM). Haven't had any issues since these most recent fixes, but i'll update as necessary. The last step for me would be to get a router that would allow me to completely turn of the 2.4 Ghz network. I was looking at getting the v75-40V with the Earthworks capsule but now I'm hesitant because of all the dropout issues with Line 6 stuff.
