Spider Iv, Problem With Effects, Help !

Heres the photo, i already do the reset but it doesnt fixed :( -
i have 2 problems with my amp effects, is a spider iv 75 w. the 1st(i anexed a photo) is that now when i turned on the amp, all the effects "turned on" and i cant deselected,or turned off the 2nd is that when i put any of the tones, for example clean green y doesnt put me the effects that it suppose to put automatically sorry for my english, hope someone can help me!
