This is because Line6's drivers aren't really that great for the more recent Windows 10 updates, I have a UX2 personally and so do a bit of my friends and they all have the issue as well. A quick fix is to simply unplug and replug in your UX2 and restart PODFarm. Annoying, but it's the best we have until Line6 addresses this this issue (which probably won't happen for a while, or until this get's a lot of notice).
