Same problem here, super frustrating. changed my password from different computers but still to no avail...plugin wont accept my username and/or password! aaaarghhh!

yes same problem here, my computer is authorized, I can log in via the website, but when I launch Cubase 9 pro and want to activate helix native it wont accept my user name/password...sucks!
