I just got the g50. My setup is having the receiver in my pedalboard using a common power supply.
I had absolutely no issues during sound check last night, but come show time there were constant dropouts. At first I thought it was the monitor send to my in ear - no way to actually hear my amp on stage as well. Turns out it was the G50
I had the transmitter on my back. Even though I was only a foot or so from the transmitter I determined it was not a wifi or interference issue.
It was a proximity issue!! With the transmitter at my back it could not 'see' the receiver in from it me. For the second set I put the transmitter in my front pocket and had no issues.
I'm shocked there could be something like this happening on what should be a professional system!
