Snifful

Thanks but again nothing happens, nothing is showing on the screen, and my line 6 monkey can't seem to detect it anymore, should I just take it to the repair centre? any idea how much it might cost?

So i bought this pod pro off a mate and it never worked while i've had it, today i was trying to get it working. It turns up and if it's plugged in to the USB it is recognized by my PC, however the screen doesn't show any data (see attached). i can't get any signal from m guitar either. if you can help me distinguish if its a firmware or software problem that would be great! and any suggestions for a fix would be fantastic.
