Ok jaguar and Mr. Zap. I was able to go back to version 2.0 of the amplifi device without issues. It is not the most current version but it does what I need it to and I am a happy camper again! ( for now ) Lol!

Ok guys forget it, I figured it out. Just had to do the easy to follow 17 step instruction sheet.

Thanks Again Tboneous. I got the software issue settled too. The latest version of Monkey will run on A mac with Os X version 10.6.8 installed.
(in case anyone else was wondering)
