Hi, I encounter these issues as well but with no solution. This is what I have and what happens. 2-L3T, 1-L3s, 3-Monitors, M20D stagescape, and the norm....Once I have the band all plugged in I would then start doing sound check on all the inputs.... What I do would noticed is that this issue usually happens in the beginning or maybe after breaks (can't recall)... This usually happens after I get the main vocs adjusted... Once I had her levels right I would start doing others but then I would noticed her volume was much lower... So, I would raise her volume or the overall volume and then after a few seconds or mins the sound would just be blasting and I would get crazy feedback...
The only think I could think of is that the power might off dropped or spiked... meaning, whatever outlets my equipment was plugged in the power must of dropped or increased. So, I'm thinking maybe there was at one point there was too much power being drawn from that one circuit breaker. IDK... just giving an educated guess...

Also, what can I find the backup file on the M20D because this problem happen at our last gig.
