When I turn my M13 on, the far left screen says flash, sd, midi, jacks. ect. Does anyone know how to get out of this screen?

My M13 is booting up in a strange way. Only the far left screen is on and it says something like "flash,sd, midi, jacks". Has anyone had this problem?? Please help.

sent my M13 in for repair. When I got It back, It seemed to be missing quite a few of the effects (bass octaver, EQ'S, wah's) Can someone please help.
