OK, sorry to take over this thread. I got the monkey software from tech support and got it installed. I was able to login and register my HD500x using the software, but I still cannot download ANY software through monkey. Cant get drivers, firmware, addons....nothing. It is telling me file not found.....lol. This is very frustrating. I am opening a ticket. If I can't get this working it will be a deal breaker on the 500x for me.

Just an FYI I called customer service at 818-575-3600. He said they have received several similar complaints over the last couple of days. He was able to e-mail me the install file for the monkey software that I needed. Try giving them a call if you havent already.

Also tried it from my phone and got the same error. Tried on both wifi and 4G to no avail.

I am having the same issue. Just got a 500x, and I have been trying for 2 hours to download monkey. Tried 3 different browsers and 2 different computers. Getting 404 not found screen. Ugggh. Super frustrating. Please update if support gives you any answers, and I will do the same.
