So... unfortunately I have a bit of a horror story about this backpack. I got my helix pedal about a month ago. Absolutely love it. I decided to go the whole way and bought the custom backpack through guitar center last week. I got to my house less than a week later. Band rehearsal day came last Thursday, so I put my helix in in bag, and walked out to my truck and loaded up. I got to our jam space, opened my passenger door, grabbed up my helix by one of the backpack straps, went to swing it overy my shoulder, and the bottom of the strap where it connects to the body of the bag ripped away from the body. My pedal dropped directly on the corner right onto the street.... and it didn't sound good. I went into the jam room... and luckily the pedal turned on and worked fine. Although it definitely does have a corner of the pedal that is slightly dented and scratched now. I went up to guitar center and told them what happened, and of course they refunded my money and ordered me another one... although I was kind of sceptical that this may not have been just a fluke. They ended up calling me an hour later, and told me that guitar center has them on back order... and it may take up to two months to get one to me.... I DEFINITELY don't recommend buying one. I'm probably going to go get my money back and get a hardshell case. I honestly hope nobody hears the sound I had to hear that day... when my pedal hit the street.
