I have the exact same problem (have updated drivers via Line 6 Monkey, doesn't work if I use ASIO4All as well). Someone on another forum told me they had the same problem and that Bias FX said it was a Line 6 problem.

Hi, I've got a Line 6 studio GX plugged into a Windows 10 PC. I have ASIO4All installed. I also have run the Line 6 Monkey to make sure that the latest drivers for the studio GX are installed. If I try to use the Bias FX Pro (64 bit) standalone and set "device = ASIO", then I get the following error message when selecting "Output = ASIO GX": "ASIO driver open failure". See attached photo. Has anyone else encoutered this annoyance and if so, how did you resolve the issue ? Thanks in advance !
